Notable Cases
- MetroEast Landlord Association vs. Village of Cahokia: Represented several hundred landlords in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area with respect to the imposition of municipal license fee. The license ordinance imposing the fee was declared unconstitutional and the landlords recovered back fee payments already made to the municipality.
- Dennis “Seadog” Phillips vs. Trevon Tompkin; Gloria “Glo” McCoy vs. Phyllis E. Pearson; and Rob “Coach” Eden vs. Kyle R. Jonson: Three Petitions to contest municipal election and replace elected aldermen. Elected aldermen were successfully defended and retained their elected positions.
- John Cox vs. Lincoln Trail Towing & Auto Body: Successfully represented a five year old boy in a lawsuit for life altering injuries.
- Reichert vs. Ford Motor Co., et al.: Successfully represented the estate of a husband/father killed in an auto accident due to a defective seatbelt.
